I wanted to take a day off. I asked for it using holiday days. Knowing in advance the hierarchy of the place where I work, I spoke to a colleague who would glady exchange days and hours with me. Even so, the boss believes there are problems. The work is done. The students will have classes. Still, there are problems...
I believe the problems lie in bosses that are committed to fu... up the lives of their "subordinates" in order to show off their so called "power". It doesn't make them powerful. It makes them ridiculous, arrogant and little efficient. I should not be blamed for other people's miserable life. Get a dog, a dildo or write a diary. Who the hell puts these people in charge????
