One of my favourite albums ever was written and produced by a single man in his attic after two less successful albuns - "White Ladder" by David Gray. These are two songs from the album being the most famous one, which I have left aside this time "Babylon". There are some great verses wihtout being at all pretentious. Have a listen. "This year's love" is one of my favourite, ever.
